Duane and his family (they all work at Jabuti) are simply the best. If you want bend over backwards, professional, treat the customer like they are #1 type of service...this is the place. They have the craziest customer appreciation give aways depending on what your repairs cost. I ended up with a dent free car, Weathertech floor mats and tint all per insurance. This is the second hail storm that damaged my car. The first “shop” I took it to did NOT do a good job. I am very particular about my car so I was VERY nervous about getting it repaired anywhere the second time.



I stumbled across Jabuti on Facebook and read their reviews and decided to contact them. Duane and Lisa’s customer service is OUTSTANDING. There was over $5,000 damage and Duane had my car repaired within 3 days and it turned out fantastic. He even went above and beyond and fixed what the first shop did a very poor job on.

I had hail on my car and was dreading the process I thought I would have to go through. When I went to Jabuti, I was greeted immediately by Duane. This guy is very professional and also down to earth at the same time. He assessed the damage and gave me a bid in less than 15 minutes...blew the competition away with his bid plus I got a free remote start! My car was perfect when I got it back and completed in less time than expected. I highly recommend Duane and his staff.-----

If your looking for a family run small business, who truly care for their customers then this is the place to go. They just recently moved to Rapid City to start their business. I've been to many places where your treated like a number. I got nothing like that here. Duane took good care of me and guarantees his work. Repaired all my hail dents flawlessly, I even had a small crease on the door and he even took that out for me and it wasn't even from the hail damage. Great asset to Rapid City. I will be sending everyone I know for their hail repairs to Jabuti. I wish Duane and Lisa the best of luck on their new business in Rapid City.

Not only am I Extremely satisfied with the work done on my 08 tahoe but also the service I received I had a family emergency with out asking they worked on my suv so I got it sooner the whole Jabuti team was awesome and treated me not as a job but a valued customer I would recommend them to anyone who wants and awesome job repairing your car and the service they provide I would bring my suv back to them when I get more hail damage
