Technician Experience
Over the past 20+ years I have been involved in the repair of “hail damaged vehicles”. I have literally repaired thousands of vehicles for the rent car companies, auto auctions and the manufactures alike. For the past three years I have dedicated myself full time to repairing hail damaged vehicles. I travel full time around the United States and Canada working for independent contractors, auto dealerships and body shops. I am extremely knowledgeable in assessing and estimating hail damaged vehicles. I am highly qualified in the repair of all types and vehicles.

Training Experience:
I developed an advanced training curriculum that allowed me and my company to train hundreds of High Quality technicians for the PDR industry. My responsibilities included the overseeing of students during the initial training process, advanced training of master technicians, and the development of tools. Master technicians were trained in advanced techniques that allowed them to repair extremely large dents, creases (vertical and horizontal) as well as advanced R&I procedures. My goal was to get technicians to take on large dents as a challenge rather than admit defeat.
June 1991- March1993
Trained and worked with Dent Wizard International. Trained under the founder and master technician Natalio Baldorama. Responsibilities included technician and sales to automotive dealerships, rent car companies and auto auction establishments. Once accounts were secured I was involved in the day to day up-keep. This included the repairing of dents on the autos as well as billing, scheduling, customer service and maintaining customer relationships.

President/CEO and Co-founder of Dent-ology Inc. Our primary focus was supplying Paint-less Dent Repair to the automotive industry, mainly the rent car and auto auction industry. I was instrumental in bringing paint-less dent repair to the Manheim Auto Auctions. I developed an advanced training curriculum that allowed us to produce the industry’s highest caliber technicians with well over 200 trained. My responsibilities included but were not limited to; day to day operations at the corporate headquarters, developing advanced training techniques, overseeing the training of technicians, developing quality control standards, developing new tools, securing new markets, hiring/firing of employees, establish new markets, set-up new markets, secure hail business, maintain corporate relationships.

Founded Priority Dent Repair Inc/Smart Prep. We also do business under the name SMART Prep. Smart Prep provides out-source labor to new car auto dealerships. Smart preps functions include, detailing of autos, cleaning of autos, applications of aftermarket products, paint-less dent repair, glass repair, touch-up service, spot bumper repair, wheel repair and interior repair. We also opened a full service body shop but due to the down turn in the economy we were forced to close after only five years. My wife currently maintains the Smart Prep operations.
Priority Dent Repair is the” Hail Repair” side of the business. For the last three years solid I have been fully committed to repairing hail. My responsibility is to secure and repair hail business. I can either subcontract to companies or secure my own accounts and work directly with body shops or dealerships.
