I started in the paintless dent repair industry in 2001 as a local route tech.  I opened my own mobile PDR business (Precision Dent Solutions) in 2004 serving auto dealerships, body shops, and individual retail customers in the Birmingham area.  In 2011, I started Expert Hail Service and began to focus on vehicles damaged in hail storms both locally and nationwide.  Our customers include body shops, dealerships, individuals, and fleet accounts.  We also network with other PDR companies to repair vehicles in hail damaged areas outside Alabama.  Although our specialty is hail damage, we can repair anything from a simple door ding or crease, to complex dents and minor collision damage.  We are well versed in handling insurance claims with all major carriers and we can manage workload from within the body shop or multiple shops if needed.  Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, whether individual or commercial client.  We pride ourselves in professionalism and provide the highest quality repairs possible.
