Richard repaired a couple of substantial, and I believe tricky, dents on the passenger door of my 2003 Mercedes SLK 320. He was prompt, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and accommodating in that he came to my work place to make the repair. Most importantly, his work was incredibly precise and flawless - can't tell at the closest inspection that the dents were ever there. I am more than completely satisfied and highly recommend Richard to those who might need dent repair/removal.-----

Richard successfully repaired a tricky ding on the A-pillar of my new car. Most local PDR specialists I spoke with refused to work on this dent because they could not get access behind the panel. I made the trip down to Arlington, because Richard said he was willing to try a glue pull on it.



By the time he was done with the job, it was extremely difficult to tell there was ever a dent there. I'm absolutely satisfied with the work he completed, and would absolutely come back again. I'm especially grateful he was able to complete work that other technicians in my area refused to address.-----

Richard removed 2 dents in my car. Absolutely no sign that they was ever a dent. I can't say how happy I am. It cost me less to fix both dents than the quotes I got to fix just one of them (2 quotes from top rated body shops on Washington Checkbook). Richard saved me over $300.-----

Richard went out of his way to come look at my car the day I called and then worked it in to his schedule the next work day. He contacted me when he was on his way and showed up right at the appointed time. Then he did his work in the projected time and at the exact cost estimate and the dent in my classic Mustang has vanished. Amazing job. I should have called him a long time ago!-----
