I brought Joel in to help me with a local hailstorm. He jumped right in at the body shop i placed him at. He worked as hard as anyone i have ever worked with and was always ready to take on more. He even worked at my shop on his day off handling some backed up retail customers that had been waiting for me to get caught up with running the hail sites. 2 of the customers texted me as soon as they left the shop to tell me what a great guy he was, and what a great job he did.

I originally took our ’05 Jaguar to the local Jag dealership where I was told the dent in the lid edge of the trunk was not fixable. I then called Joel. He showed up and immediately said “No problem”. I ended up taking the car back to the dealership to show them Joel’s craftsmanship. They were extremely impressed. It was very nice watching another Master Dent Tech work his magic in my shop again. Most of the time it's very hard to put my company's name on another techs workmanship when so much was on the line. Today was an exception as I have so much trust in Joel Mathis' aka Affordable Dent Removal workmanship and ethics. The truck Joel was working on for me today was a roof that Geico wrote to replace even after we told them we could do the repair. The customer is going to be totally stoked he did not let his insurance company guide him in the wrong direction.
